It must be admitted that unfortunately the current state of the industry is a pitiful one.
He added: As mentioned, due to the international sanctions, we are very worried about the procurement of raw materials, including fish tuna, and due to the approach of the Ministry of Jihad and Agriculture and the Ministry of Security in registering orders, this industry will face many crises in the near future.
He further pointed to the decline of human capital in companies and added: recruiting new human resources in terms of work motivation, work ability, attachment to work, and spontaneity is very different from the previous generation, and unfortunately, human resources in production units are exhausted.
He continued: Energy crisis is also one of the challenges of the food industry, including the canning industry. My colleagues are aware of what irreparable damage will be caused to this industry by shutting down the production line devices due to power outages.
Bakhtiari further pointed out that if we expect a jump in production, infrastructure must be provided first and added: We see that every part of the industry that we observe is facing many problems.
He continued: The discussion of the business environment is the next challenge of this industry, which is definitely faced by all my friends and colleagues.
Many executive bodies consider themselves to be successful in interfering in the work of the food industry, from the Food and Drug Organization to the National Standards Organization, the Ministry of Jihad and Agriculture, the Ministry of Peace, the Protection Organization, the Environment, the Department of Labor, Taxation, Finance, Social Security, etc. According to one or more legal provisions involved in decisions for the food industry.
He added: The challenge of standard marking was also the most serious challenge of the canning industry last year, what should be the color of the logo of the standard organization, its placement on the product, its dimensions and the writing of the national standard organization under the logo of this organization.
Bakhtiari emphasized: The most important discussion is the self-imposed sanctions to meet the foreign exchange obligation. If he produces a product with all the mentioned difficulties and problems, where should it be sold and distributed?
At present, there are two markets inside and outside the place of supply of food industry products. Considering the increase in salaries and wages, the internal market seems to be resilient for 3 months and the employees and workers will still be able to buy, but due to inflation. I think we will face recession after three months.
He continued: “The international market also has many problems, the most important of which is the self-imposed sanction to remove the foreign exchange obligation.”
