He considered the challenges in production to be supply of raw materials and financial resources, human resources, energy carriers, business environment, production conditions and finally supply and sales.
Bakhtiari continued by expressing concern about the supply of raw materials due to sanctions: a part of the raw materials of the food industry and the canning industry are supplied by imports. Considering the approach of the Ministry of Security and the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad in the field of order registration and the impact we see in this field, we feel and express concern about this.
The head of the Cannery Syndicate added: As you are aware, for a long time, food industry producers have been dependent on banking resources and facilities to provide sources of working capital. For several days since 1402, we have seen that the Central Bank and, as a result, other banking networks are contracting, and now, apart from the contraction, it seems unfortunate that there are whispers in the field of bank interest, even up to forty percent. It is heard. This is also a serious concern and challenge.
Bakhtiari mentioned the other concern of producers as human power and said: We are witnessing the decline of human capital and exhaustion of human capital due to various reasons. All of us in our companies, if we recruit new employees, we see that they are extremely different. The current generation is different from the previous generation, both in terms of work motivation and work ability.
He mentioned the energy crisis as another production challenge and said: Just today, they sent a blackout plan in the industrial town where we are located. If we expect a jump in production, we must first prepare the infrastructure.
Referring to the interference of the executive bodies in the business environment, the head of the canning union added: numerous executive bodies from the Food and Drug Organization to the National Standard Organization of Iran to the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, the Ministry of Peace, the Environmental Protection Organization, the Labor Department, and Taxation And… all of them consider themselves entitled to interfere in the work of the food industry. Last year, we did not forget what a serious challenge in the marking field of the National Standards Organization regarding the dimensions of the standard mark, the color of the standard mark, the location of the standard mark and that under the standard mark it should be written: National Standard Organization of Iran, what a serious challenge for all producers of the food industry and products. created food Therefore, it seems that we still have challenges in the field of business environment, and it seemed to me that the approach of the government and governance in this field has changed.
Further, Bakhtiari described the sale of manufactured products as very difficult, referring to the existing inflation and the decrease in purchasing power, as well as the loss of international markets.
