Creating communication and introducing members to government organizations, non-governmental organizations, as well as natural and legal persons to solve problems and create facilities in all sectors related to the export of canned goods, including transportation, customs affairs, storage and tanks, packaging, Quality and standard control and establishing relationships with banks and credit organizations of the country as well as international financial and monetary organizations to provide financial and credit facilities for members.
• Creating a quality control and inspection unit to monitor and ensure compliance with relevant national and international regulations and standards
• Presenting executive proposals and interaction in order to achieve the goals of the syndicate to relevant institutions, organizations, ministries and agencies, especially the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, the Ministry of Silence, and relevant specialized commissions in the Islamic Council.
• Obtaining and implementing those executive and delegated tasks of the three powers that are assigned to the syndicate
• Planning and following up on the benefit of members from the support policies of the government and other authorities
• Gathering information and investigating the existing problems and obstacles for accurate and scientific diagnosis of the country’s canning industries
• Educational needs assessment at different levels of management, financial resources, human resources, technological, financial laws
and regulations, human resources, laws and regulations and planning to provide required training to members
• Empowering members through providing optimal production methods, energy management, improving resource efficiency, reducing waste, reducing cost, transferring modern technology,etc.
• Improving the quality of products by establishing new quality control methods and increasing the competitiveness of products
• Supporting members’ productions against the import of similar foreign goods
• Applying the internal supervision and self-control of the syndicate on the members and ranking the covered industries with the
participation and cooperation of the government executive bodies
• Using virtual space and social networks and other new ways of communication to interact more with members
• The cohesion of the members and their general mobilization ability in the face of issues that endanger the interests of the members
• Cooperating with the National Standard Organization to formulate and revise the national canned food standards in order to synchronize the national standards with the international standards
• Cooperation with the Food and Drug Organization in order to increase the safety factor of the production of healthy products, in line with the general policies of the Ministry of Health
• Introducing new production technologies
• Cooperation with knowledge-based companies regarding methods of optimizing production and energy consumption
• Preservation of collective interests, development and support of canning industries throughout the country
• Providing grounds for healthy competition in the canning industry
• Exchange of opinions between members in order to achieve the desired standards
• Collecting information about production, supply, demand, price and consumer markets and making them available to improve the
knowledge of members
• Continuous marketing for products and services that can be offered to members and using new solutions to increase share in
different markets
• Recruiting qualified production units to join the syndicate
• The signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Organization for the Protection of Consumers and Producers and
the Syndicate of Canned Industries of Iran, with the aim of receiving analysis from the covered units in the field of price regulation of canned goods.
• Efforts to attract capital, market, technology, management, technical knowledge and skilled manpower in order to organize export-related matters for members.
• Membership of members in specialized syndicate committees
• Holding and participating in specialized conferences in the field of food industry inside and outside the country, as well as coordinating and sending specialized delegations to other countries.
• Clear and regular notification of Syndicate’s activities through the Syndicate’s website, publication of books and periodicals, electronic newsletter, etc.
