Mr. Engineer Masoud Bakhtiari, with a report on the follow-up process of the commission in the past one month, regarding the gathering of the demands of the food industry for the proposal in this meeting and other related matters, raised the following points: 1- Checking the size of the name and title of the product and comparison with the size Brand 2- Removal of tolerance limits from marking food industry products 3- Changing the standard logo from isiri to inso 4- Changing the color of the standard logo required to be inserted in Iranian green color with a specific code 5- Inserting the words “National Standard Organization of Iran” below Logo and standard logo 6- The size of the standard logo at the rate of 5% of the main display panel 7- Inserting the halal logo at the rate of 5% of the main display panel 8- Critical, major or minor defects 9- Compliance with articles 2 and 3 of the law on continuous improvement of the business environment Invitation to the Honorable President of the Iran Chamber in the Supreme Standard Council 10- SMS system problems 11- Obligation to insert the halal mark 12- Standard requirement for export 13- Considering more time for labeling changes and not applying simultaneous changes.
Abolhasan Khalili, referring to the list of executive instructions that is announced every year by the National Standard Organization, demanded to reduce the costs borne by the producer, which will reduce the production costs and, as a result, consumer satisfaction. Dr. Saifullahi, Secretary of the Facilitating and Removing Obstacles to Production in the country, welcomed the holding of such meetings and said regarding marking: each unit must use the previous marking until the cylinder is changed, and negotiations are underway to increase the required time. In addition, the members of the commission and other attendees at the meeting, including the Chips and Snacks Association, the Juice and Concentrate Association, the Pasta Association, the Tea, Tea and Herbal Products Association, the Standard Mark Holders Association, the Dairy Association, the Glucose Industry Association, the Federation of Food Industry Organizations, Tehran Provincial Dialogue Council, the Center of Iranian Food Industry Associations and the Iranian Canning Industries Syndicate stated their issues and problems in the field of 13 cases that were presented in the meeting. Another point that was taken into consideration is the application of integrated changes to the recipes that are announced to the producers throughout the year, and also the attendees expressed their concern that new recipes will be created with changes in the positions of the organizations. In the following: Mr. Dr. Azizpour, the Secretary General of the Association of Food Industry Associations of the country, also presented a report on the process of the association’s follow-up regarding the problems of marking instructions, tolerance, halal mark, etc. In meetings with the relevant bodies, the food industries announced the continuation of the follow-up in line with the Food Industry Commission. At the end, Mr. Abolhasan Khalili stated that the requests of the associations should be gathered in this meeting and correspondence should be sent to the headquarters to facilitate and remove obstacles to production in order to negotiate with the National Standard Organization, and it was decided that the members of the commission should submit their desired items in the WhatsApp group or by correspondence to Commission to announce.
